A name, place, or other term entered in a partner-powered search box is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. Montgomery County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider’s terms and privacy rules apply to the search.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
